Greens Pesto Pasta

Serves 2 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup mixed greens or basil  
  • 1/4 cup almonds  
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast or Parmesan  
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 1 garlic clove  
  • 2 tsp Perfect Greens 
  • Salt and pepper to taste  
  • 4 cups cooked pasta of choice  

Directions: 

  1. Cook pasta. While pasta is cooking, add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until combined. 
  2. Drain pasta and add to a bowl.  
  3. Pour sauce overtop of drained pasta and mix. Enjoy!
