Returns & Exchanges 

At TallGrass Natural Health Ltd. (“we”, “our”), we stand behind every product we sell in Canada. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we will happily offer a resolution. 

How to Request a Return 

All return/refund requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. 

To begin a return request, please provide details of your purchase using our Contact Us form. We will offer 3 ways to resolve return requests: 

  1. A replacement product, shipped at no cost to you. 

  1. A full refund to your original payment method. 

  1. Online store credit to use on your next purchase.

Trying something new shouldn’t be scary. If you’re not completely happy with a product purchased through our website, reach out to us – we’ll work to find a solution. 

In-Store Purchases 

Bought a product from one of our authorized retailers? Please contact the store directly for returns or exchanges.  

 If the store isn’t able to help, let us know – we’ll do our best to support youPlease note that we’re only able to offer support for purchases made through authorized retailers. We cannot offer cash or cash equivalent refunds for purchases made at retailers. 

Defective or Damaged Product 

If your product arrived damaged or has a quality issue, we’ve got you covered. We will gladly send you a free replacement or refund your original payment card. We may ask you to provide a photo of the issue or send the product back to us in its original packaging so we can investigate. 

Fine Print 

Non-Returnable Items. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for: 

  • Shipping and handling costs 

  • Products marked as Clearance or final sale 

  • Free or promotional items 

  • Gift cards 

Our Discretion. A refund may be denied at the discretion of TallGrass, in cases of suspected fraud, or where we have determined that a claim is abusive of the Returns Policy.  

This Return Policy may be changed at any time without notice and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Use and Online Sales (“Terms and Conditions”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Return Policy will have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.
