Amrita started My Kale Kitchen as a creative outlet to share her love for food and photography. She started developing her own plant-forward recipes after a 9-year bout of issues with gut health.
Amrita realized a key component for her physical and metal wellbeing was managing her diet. She does this by incorporating fresh ingredients, using non-toxic kitchenware and being mindful when preparing meals. Amrita loves to break food rules in order to develop different, interesting and delicious recipes that she enjoys daily with her family and friends.
Amrita’s journey involves proactively working on optimizing her gut health and managing her overall wellbeing with the help of diet management, exercising regularly and working towards a better sleep cycle.
