Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) unseasoned pumpkin purée
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and thickly sliced
- ½ cup (125 mL) almond milk
- 1 scoop Botanica Perfect Protein Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Botanica Turmeric Golden Mylk
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Botanica Coconut Oil, melted
- Toasted pumpkin seeds and flaked coconut, for garnish
Directions
1. In a food processor or blender, combine ingredients except for garnishes. Whirl until blended, scraping down sides of bowl as you go.
2. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with pumpkin seeds and coconut.
