Recipe makes one large serving
Macros per serving:
440 cals – 16g fat – 51g carbs – 23g protein
Ingredients:
- ½ banana
- ⅓ cup sprouted oats
- ½ cup + 1 tbsp soy milk
- ½ scoop Perfect Protein Elevated Brain Booster
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup shredded carrot
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- If using a waffle maker, begin to preheat it to desired temperature. This will be machine specific.
- To a high speed blender add: banana, sprouted oats, soy milk, Perfect Protein Elevated Brain Booster, and baking powder. Blend until super smooth, 1-2 minutes.
- Pour batter into a mixing bowl and add-in: shredded carrot, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and a touch of salt. Mix together well. Depending on the size of your waffle maker, this should make roughly 4 waffles.
- Add the batter to the preheated waffle maker and cook until browned.
- Plate and top with vegan greek yogurt, maple syrup, and additional toppings like walnuts, cinnamon, and coconut if desired. Enjoy!
