Adrenal Supporting Tropical Dream SmoothieBotanica Health

This nutrient-dense, deliciously tropical smoothie is the perfect way to brighten up your morning and fuel you throughout the day. It features Perfect Protein Elevated Adrenal Support; blended with adrenal-supporting superfoods such as Ashwagandha, Coconut, and Reishi.
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana
- ⅔ cup raw zucchini, diced
- 1 scoop Botanic Protein Elevated – Adrenal Support
- ½ cup frozen spinach block or 1 cup packed fresh spinach
- ½ avocado
- 1 scoop Botanica Superfruit Greens (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
- Blend on high until fully combined. Scrape the sides with a spatula as needed.
- Add additional almond milk for the smoothie to reach your desired consistency. Blend again.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy. Best served fresh. Can be made the night before. Store in an airtight container or Mason jar and keep in the fridge.
