Believe it or not, this is not only decadent, but it’s good for you too! Rich hot chocolate laced with essential greens. An excellent way to get 5 healthy vegetables in one superb drink.

Ingredients
- 1¼ cups (310 mL) whole milk
- 1 oz (30 g) good quality bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tsp (5 mL) instant espresso powder
- 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 scoop Botanica Chocolate Perfect Greens
- 1/2 scoop Botanica Chocolate Perfect Protein
- Whipped cream
- Cocoa nibs
Directions
1. Combine milk, chocolate, espresso powder and sugar in a small saucepan.
2. Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and ingredients are blended.
3. Add Botanica Chocolate Perfect Greens and Chocolate Perfect Protein and whisk in vigorously to fully emulsify ingredients.
4. Pour into a warmed mug. Dollop with whipped cream and cocoa nibs.
