Perfect Protein Yogurt Ice Pops

These yogurt ice pops get a boost in protein from Botanica's Perfect Protein Chocolate plus rich greek yogurt. I added my granola for an extra layer of crunch and deliciousness. These protein treats are a must. They are so easy to make and even more fun to eat!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 serving Perfect Protein Chocolate
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup granola
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup chocolate discs or chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt
Directions:
- To a bowl add greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, granola and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly to combine.
- Place parchment down onto a cookie sheet. Use an ice cream scoop or a spoon to evenly measure out. Gently flatten the yogurt mixture with your hands. Slide a popsicle stick into the yogurt pop and place in the freezer to set.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Once yogurt pops are set, dip them in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Place back in the freezer until chocolate has fully set. Enjoy and store in the freezer for later!
