Perfect Protein Orange Creamsicles

Cool off with these Perfect Protein Orange Creamsicles, made with Botanica’s Perfect Protein Vanilla for a refreshing, protein-packed treat. Creamy coconut yogurt blends with orange juice concentrate, vanilla, and a touch of natural sweetener to create a dreamy, citrusy flavor that’s both indulgent and nourishing. Makes 10 popsicles

Ingredients:
- 3 cups thick coconut yogurt plain
- 2 tbsp Botanica Perfect Protein Vanilla
- 4 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate unthawed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract*
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup*
- ½ cup frozen orange juice concentrate unthawed
*You can use sweetened vanilla yogurt and eliminate the agave/maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Directions:
- Add the yogurt, protein powder, 4 tbsp unthawed orange juice concentrate, vanilla extract and maple syrup to a medium sized bowl and stir or whisk well. Breaking up all the protein powder clumps. Set the bowl aside.
- Next, layer the yogurt into a popsicle mould by placing in 1 tbsp of yogurt mixture and topping with 1 tsp of orange concentrate. Top orange concentrate layer with an additional 1 tbsp of yogurt mixture and topping with 1 tsp of orange concentrate. Lastly, top up each popsicle mould with the remaining yogurt mixture.
- For a single layer of orange place 2 tbsp of the yogurt mixture into the popsicle mould and then top with 2 tsp orange concentrate. Fill the mold to the top with yogurt mixture. Repeat for all 10 molds.
- Place popsicle sticks into the mixture and place into the freezer overnight. Once frozen, remove the creamsicles from molds and place into a freezer bag to keep fresh longer. You may have to run the popsicle molds under lukewarm water to have them release easier.
