Step into spring with this deliciously refreshing green citrus smoothie! 🍊 Made with our pea-free, easy-to-digest Vanilla Perfect Protein, this smoothie is the perfect gut-friendly morning protein boost.
Green Citrus Smoothie
Makes 1 large smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups coconut milk unsweetened *from container not canned*
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup packed baby spinach or kale
- 1 medium frozen sliced banana
- 1 medium orange
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Place the frozen orange, banana, mango, and fresh baby spinach or kale into a high speed blender. Top with coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add in the Botanica Perfect Vanilla Protein Powder and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into your favourite smoothie glass.
Notes: Freezing the oranges and banana gives this smoothie a nice creamy texture so don’t skip that step. You can meal prep multiple bags at a time for easy morning smoothie making!
