Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Enjoy these high-protein chocolate chip cookies with no added sugar, a satisfying sweet treat that’s gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and made with simple ingredients.

You will use:

  • Ice cream scoop
  • Spatula
  • Oven
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • ½ cup tahini the runnier the better
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Botanica Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chopped
  • pinch  smoked sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash banana in a bowl.
  3. Stir in tahini until combined.
  4. Mix in vanilla.
  5. Add protein powder and hemp seeds until fully combined.
  6. Fold in almost all of the chopped chocolate.
  7. Use an ice cream scoop to measure out 5 cookies. Use a silicone spatula to spread and shape the cookies.
  8. Top with remaining chocolate and smoked sea salt.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
