Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Enjoy these high-protein chocolate chip cookies with no added sugar, a satisfying sweet treat that’s gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and made with simple ingredients.

You will use:
- Ice cream scoop
- Spatula
- Oven
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- ½ cup tahini the runnier the better
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Botanica Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chopped
- pinch smoked sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash banana in a bowl.
- Stir in tahini until combined.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Add protein powder and hemp seeds until fully combined.
- Fold in almost all of the chopped chocolate.
- Use an ice cream scoop to measure out 5 cookies. Use a silicone spatula to spread and shape the cookies.
- Top with remaining chocolate and smoked sea salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
