Calming Ashwagandha Mocktail
Share
Whether you are having a dry start to the year or just enjoy the ritual of making a little drinky drink, I hope you give this calming mocktail a try! Botanica's Ashwagandha Liquid Herb along with strongly brewed chamomile tea help to promote relaxation and reduce stress. I also like to make pretty floral ice cubes (infused with ashwagandha, of course) to make this mocktail feel even more special.

Calming Ashwagandha Mocktail
The recipe makes enough for 1-2 people but feel free to make a bigger batch if you’re having guests over.
Ingredients
Mocktail:
- 4 oz strong chamomile tea, chilled
- 1 oz tart cherry juice
- 3 droppers of Ashwagandha Liquid Herb
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ - ½ tsp rosewater
- Sparkling water
- Kosher salt, for the rim
Ice cubes:
- 4 droppers of Ashwagandha Liquid Herb
- 1 cup water
- Dried edible flowers (e.g. chamomile, rose, lavender)
Directions
- To make the ashwagandha-infused ice cubes, add Ashwagandha Liquid Herb to a cup of water and then pour into an ice cube tray. Add your edible flowers of choice and allow to set up in the freezer overnight.
- The next day, add chamomile tea, cherry juice, Ashwagandha Liquid Herb, lemon juice, vinegar and rosewater to a shaker with a big handful of ice. Shake thoroughly.
- Rim your glass with kosher salt and add a few floral ice cubes. Strain over the mocktail and finish with a splash of sparkling water. Enjoy!
