We are SO excited that this month marks our 10th year in business! A little-known fact about Botanica is that we have twelve employees who have been with us since the day we’ve started. We wanted to take the time to feature some of these employees who have helped us grow to where we are today.

Without further ado, meet Dustin!

Dustin – Trade Marketing Manager

How did you first start working at Botanica?
When I started I was doing a mix of Marketing, Accounting and Operations so I learned a lot about all sides of the company.

What are your top three “must-have” Botanica products and why?
Ashwagandha Liquid Capsules and Turmeric Liquid Capsules are part of my routine every day of the year, they keep me feeling great. I always keep Oregano Liquid Capsules on-hand, they’re my go-to whenever I feel a cold coming on.

What’s your favourite part about working at Botanica?
Being part of a hard-working team that can make each other laugh.

Botanica currently has 12 employees that have been with the company for all ten years. Why do you think people love working here so much?
We all work hard but that effort is recognized by the company.

If you had to describe the work culture at Botanica in one word, what would it be?
Dedicated

Do you have a secret Botanica recipe?
I make energy balls using Perfect Protein to keep me going on long bike rides!

What’s your favourite outdoor summer activity?
I swim in the ocean as much as possible, it’s the best part about living on the West Coast.

How has working at Botanica impacted your wellness journey?
I’ve learned so much about how herbal products can make a big difference in how you feel.

Do you have any recent accomplishments we can highlight?
I’ve been doing some big tings with pork ribs!
