Sleepytime Frappe with Passionflower & AshwagandaBotanica Health

Steamed milk is a traditional nighttime elixir. Adding Botanica’s Passionflower Extract coupled with a dose of Botanica’s Fermented Ashwaganda and it’s a perfect sleep aid calming agent.
Recipe Type: Drink
- 1 cup (250 mL) vanilla-flavoured soy or almond milk
- 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 mL) Botanica Daily Energy Shot
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Botanica Passionflower Extract, about 40 drops
- Fresh petals, for garnish
1. Steam milk until foamy. Stir in Botanica Daily Energy Shot and Passionflower Extract.
2. Pour into a warmed mug and sprinkle with fresh petals. Sip and savour for a soothing sleep.
