Perfect Protein French Toast
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bread of choice
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 scoop Perfect Protein Elevated Brain Booster
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- ¾ cup soy milk
- 2-4 tbsp butter for frying bread optional
Directions:
- Add batter ingredients to a shallow bowl. Whisk ingredients until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan over medium high heat and add butter.
- Dunk bread generously on both sides.
- Carefully place bread in hot pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
