Memory Boosting Mint Ginkgo TeaBotanica Health

Simple is best. This afternoon beverage is an instant refresher. It doesn’t need to be any more complicated. The ultimate perk is the addition of Botanica Ginkgo Liquid Extract – a memory enhancer.
Recipe Type: Drink Vegetarian Gluten Free
- 4 cups (1 L) water
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) good quality loose green tea
- 6 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 to 2 Tbsp (30 mL) honey or agave syrup
- 3mL Botanica Ginkgo Liquid Extract
1. Boil water and pour into teapot along with loose tea, mint and honey or agave. Set aside to steep.
2. Add 3mL Botanica Ginkgo Liquid Extract drops to a cup. Strain hot green tea over top and serve.
