High Protein Granola
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops Perfect Protein Elevated Brain Booster
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup avocado or coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Directions:

Preheat the oven 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well, until the wet and dry ingredients are fully combined.

Transfer to a lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer.

Bake until lightly golden, about 20-25 minutes.

Remove from oven and let granola cool down. It will crisp up as it cools. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
