These no bake, high protein energy bites are a staple for us, and so easy to make and store. What I love about these is that you can make your own variations based on dietary needs.
With lupus and auto immune issues in my family, I love to add Botanica‘s Perfect Protein Elevated Anti-Inflammatory powder in Vanilla. It uses turmeric to relieve pain and reduce inflammation, ginger for its anti-oxidative effect, moringa for micronutrients, and whole black pepper fruit to enhance bioavailability. Plus, it adds a gorgeous flavour kick!

Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned oats

2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup Botanica Perfect Protein Elevated Anti-Inflammatory

1/4 cup ground flaxseed
-
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
-
1/3 cup honey (or agave)
-
1 tablespoon chia seeds
-
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Stir ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Roll mixture into 1 inch balls.
- You can serve them right away, refrigerate them for 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
