High Protein Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup flour of your choice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup Perfect Protein Elevated Anti-inflammatory
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Blueberries
Directions:

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk together

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and whisk well, add a dash of milk if needed

Spray your muffin tin and fill it halfway

Bake at 400F for 13-14 minutes. Enjoy!
