Cookie dough AND brownie = a match made in heaven! These cookie dough brownies are a perfect no-bake treat and SO delicious. I used Botanica’s Perfect Protein Elevated Anti-inflammatory for extra benefits too.

Cookie dough brownies
Ingredients:
Cookie dough:

1 cup oat flour
-
1 scoop Botanica protein powder (I used Perfect Protein Elevated Anti-inflammatory)

1/4 cup maple syrup
-
1/4 cup almond milk to get dough consistency
-
1/4 tsp sea salt
-
1/4 cup cashew butter (or any nut butter)
-
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Brownie layer:
-
1 cup almond flour
-
1/3 cup cacao powder
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
Pinch sea salt
-
1-2 tbsp almond milk
-
1/4 cup cashew butter
-
1/3 cup maple syrup
Chocolate layer:
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:

Mix brownie layer and cookie dough separately, then layer on the brownie pan.

Use double boiler technique or microwave chocolate chips and oil to melt.

Pour over the layers and freeze for 4-6 hours.

Store in the fridge and enjoy!
