Olesia Guts is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, a French-trained chef and an author of a culinary blog, where she shares gourmet, healthy and allergy-friendly recipes.
Olesia started her culinary journey studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City, where she worked at high-end restaurants, and became a cake shop owner, a real estate agent, and an exhausted, overworked, undernourished person.
Needing to make a change, she enrolled in the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and became licensed as a holistic nutritionist. She now helps other women to create the right environment for healing, with a focus on metabolic, blood sugar, and inflammatory concerns.
