Hawthorn has been used traditionally in Native American, Chinese, and European medicine as a tonic for the heart. Its uses for the heart date back as far as first century Rome.

Organic Hawthorn fruit, leaf, and flower (Crataegus monogyna) 1:3 – 1155 mg

Each 20 drops (1 mL) contain 330 mg dry herb equivalent

Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic Alcohol, distilled water.

70 drops (3.5 mL) taken 2 times per day. Take the drops directly under the tongue, or add to your favourite beverage, sipping slowly and pairing with a deep, mindful breath.
