Our small batch brewing process starts with organic turmeric and ginger harvested at peak potency. It’s made into a herbal tea and combined with a unique scoby (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). Then patience. We wait. We ferment fully for months, unlike other kombuchas which typically ferment for mere days or weeks.

Botanica Daily Anti-Inflammatory Shot is good up until the expiry date on the bottle. If kept outside of the fridge, fermentation will continue (but not go bad). More “mother” may grow as well but it will not be harmful (just like in apple cider vinegar).
