Milk Thistle is native to the Mediterranean and has a history of use as an edible plant supporting liver health.
Our small batch brewing process starts with organic Milk Thistle harvested at peak potency. It’s made into a herbal tea and combined with a unique scoby (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). Then patience. We wait. We ferment fully for months, unlike other kombuchas which typically ferment for mere days or weeks.
Medicinal Ingredients: (per 30 ml) Fermented Certified Organic Milk Thistle infusion, 1.2% organic acids (from 400 mg Silybum marianum seed)
One shot (30 ml) per day. Drink straight-up or mix with water or juice. And take five deep. slow breathes. Inhale. Exhale. Because we all need a reminder to slow down sometimes.

Botanica Daily Detox Shot is good up until the expiry date on the bottle. If kept outside of the fridge, fermentation will continue (but not go bad). More “mother” may grow as well but it will not be harmful (just like in apple cider vinegar).
