Thyme has long been known for its antiseptic, antibacterial, and antifungal properties are used to treat all manner of infections including coughs, colds, sore throats, tonsillitis, flu, chest infections, and gastroenteritis. It also enhances immunity and helps the body fight against infection.

Our unique liquid herbs are crafted through an advanced spagyric process to create the most bioavailable herbs. First, herbs are soaked in organic alcohol. When time has allowed the plant to dissolve, the remaining matter is reduced without chemicals to a white ash rich in trace minerals and then rejoined with the original extract. It’s time-consuming but the end result is a herbal formula with all the valuable minerals present in the plant’s natural state.

Certified organic Thyme herb (Thymus vulgaris), wildcrafted Yerba Santa leaf (Eriodictyon californicum), certified organic Orange Peel (Citrus aurantium), certified organic Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinalis) and wildcrafted Osha root (Ligusticum porteri).

Non-medicinal ingredients: Certified organic alcohol, distilled water.

40-60 drops (2-3mL) taken 4 times per day. Best taken with five deep, slow breaths.

Consult a health practitioner if pregnant or breastfeeding.

What is the source of alcohol used in Botanica tinctures?
Botanica uses certified organic USP pharmaceutical grade non-GMO corn-derived ethyl alcohol as an extraction method. The alcohol enhances absorption of the herbal constituents in the body and the tinctures have a dosage that can easily be varied if necessary.
