These yogurt ice pops get a boost in protein from Botanica’s Perfect Protein Chocolate plus rich greek yogurt. I added my granola for an extra layer of crunch and deliciousness. These protein treats are a must. They are so easy to make and even more fun to eat!

Perfect Protein Yogurt Ice Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 serving Perfect Protein Chocolate
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup granola
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup chocolate discs or chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt
Directions:

To a bowl add greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, granola and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly to combine.

Place parchment down onto a cookie sheet. Use an ice cream scoop or a spoon to evenly measure out. Gently flatten the yogurt mixture with your hands. Slide a popsicle stick into the yogurt pop and place in the freezer to set.

Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Once yogurt pops are set, dip them in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Place back in the freezer until chocolate has fully set. Enjoy and store in the freezer for later!
