The name says it all “Turmeric Thai Foamed Tea” which translates to Magic! This is one of our most delicious tea recipe inventions and we are so proud to be sharing it with you. A wonderful blend of our Botanica Daily Anti-Inflammatory Shot makes this tea a delicious and healthy choice that includes the numerous benefits of turmeric and ginger.

Ingredients
- 5 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick, broken
- 1 tsp (5 mL) whole black peppercorns
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 inch (2.5 cm) piece fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 inch (2.5 cm) piece fresh turmeric, sliced
- 2 cups (500 mL) distilled water
- 3 quality black tea bags
- 2 tsp (10 mL) honey
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Botanica Daily Anti-Inflammatory Shot
- 1 cup (250 mL) soy or almond milk, heated and foamed
- Pinches of black pepper
- Pinches of ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Combine cloves, cinnamon stick, peppercorns, and cardamom in a mortar and pestle and coarsely crush.
2. Place in a saucepan with ginger, turmeric and water. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to medium-low and with the lid ajar, simmer gently for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
5. Strain tea into a high-speed blender and add honey, Daily Anti-Inflammatory Shot, and heated milk. Whirl until foamy.
6. Pour into mugs and serve with some pinches of black pepper and ground cinnamon.
