Ingredients
- 2 in (5 cm) piece ginger root, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) filtered water
- 1 scoop Botanica Unflavoured Perfect Greens
- 1 generous handful spinach, kale, or dandelion greens
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped mint leaves
- 1 tsp (5 mL) raw honey
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
1. Combine ginger root slices and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
3. Pour cooled liquid into a high-speed blender. Add remaining ingredients and whirl until smooth.
4. Pour into a glass and garnish.
