These protein popsicles are the perfect healthier sweet treat for summer. They’re packed with Perfect Protein Chocolate, for a vegan-friendly protein boost rich in naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, healthy fats, and fiber!

PB & Chocolate Perfect Protein Popsicles
Ingredients:
Popsicles
- 1 cup greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1.5 scoops Perfect Protein Chocolate
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2-4 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Chopped peanuts
Directions:
- Blend the ingredients for the popsicles in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle moulds.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil, drizzle over the popsicles and add on chopped peanuts.
- Enjoy right away or store in the freezer in a sealed container.
