These vegan-friendly protein baked oats are packed with protein and flavour thanks to Botanica’s Perfect Protein. The combination of oats, chocolate chips and raspberries will give you the perfect balance of sweet and savoury that will leave you feeling energized and satisfied. Plus, this recipe is easy to make and can be made ahead of time for quick and easy breakfasts.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup Botanica Perfect Protein
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, nut butter, protein powder, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in vegan chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Pour mixture into a small glass oven-safe baking dish.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until oats are firm on top brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
