This tasty vinaigrette has cleansing properties supporting healthy liver function while providing the digestive tract with a good dose of probiotics. Make sure to sip any remaining dressing in the bottom of your bowl!
Makes½ cup (125 mL)

1. Place all ingredients into a small bowl or bottle. Whisk or shake until well blended and slightly thick.
2. Serve over salad greens, steamed or roasted vegetables, on top of grains or as a bread dip.
