Peppermint chocolate protein Balls
Makes 14-16 protein balls
Ingredients

1 cup oat flour
-
2 scoops Botanica Perfect Protein Chocolate
-
3 tbsp honey
-
3 tbsp cashew butter
-
1/4 cup almond milk
-
1 tsp peppermint extract
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
-
3 large candy canes crushed
Directions

Add all ingredients except for the dark chocolate and candy canes to a bowl. Mix until combined.

Roll mixture into balls. Dip in melted dark chocolate and place onto a parchment lined plate. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.

Place in the freezer until chocolate has hardened. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
