Peanut Butter Coconut Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 1/2 tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1 scoop Botanica Perfect Protein Elevated Adrenal Support
- Lemon zest
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, and shredded coconut.

Mix until well combined and dough forms.

Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
