Ingredients:
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 scoop Botanica Perfect Protein
- 1/3 cup milk or plant-based milk of choice
Directions:
- In a bowl, mash the banana until it reaches a purée consistency.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix until it forms a smooth batter.
- Add it to a piping container or ziplock bag and cut a hole in the corner.
- Pipe little circles onto a low heat pan.
- Flip the pancakes after 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with fruit and maple syrup and enjoy!
