Ingredients
- 1¼ cups (310 mL) almond or coconut milk
- 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground cardamom
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground cloves
- ½ tsp (.5 mL) vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¼ cup (60 mL) chia seeds
- 2 scoops Botanica Chocolate Perfect Protein
Directions
1. Place all ingredients except chia seeds and Botanica’s Perfect Protein Chocolate into a 2 cup (500 mL) jar or glass container. Mix well.
2. Stir in chia seeds. If a smoother texture is preferred, whirl all ingredients in a blender.
3. Cover and place in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight to allow pudding to set.
4. Just before serving, stir in protein powder. Spoon into small serving dishes, garnish and serve.
