No-Cook Chocolate Chia PuddingBotanica Health

Chia seeds are a nutrient-dense superfood loaded with healthy fats, fibre and a wide range of vitamins and minerals. In combination with Botanica’s digestible source of Perfect Protein, this pudding is a powerhouse of nutrients to support you throughout the day! The health-promoting blend of spices adds delicious flavour to this easy-to-make, raw pudding.
Cuisine: Gluten Free, Vegetarian
1. Place all ingredients except chia seeds and Botanica’s Perfect Protein Chocolate into a 2 cup (500 mL) jar or glass container. Mix well.
2. Stir in chia seeds. If a smoother texture is preferred, whirl all ingredients in a blender.
3. Cover and place in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight to allow pudding to set.
4. Just before serving, stir in protein powder. Spoon into small serving dishes, garnish and serve.
