I’m always looking for easy ways to add more veggies and fruit to my diet and this “better-for-you” matcha tiramisu has a few surprising twists (it’s tasty – trust me 😉).
I added Botanica’s Perfect Greens Superfruit in the matcha mascarpone mixture so not only do you get to enjoy dessert but also you’re getting your veggie and fruit intake. Also, this dessert contains no alcohol and can be dairy free (see recipe below).
TIP: Use a lunchbox or plastic clear container with a lid and bring them to your next picnic!

Makes two servings | Total time: 40 Minutes (10 minutes prep and 30 minute refrigerating time)
Ingredients:
- 200g Whipping Cream or Coconut Cream
- 150 g Marscapone Cheese or 1 block of Silken Tofu
- 1 Tbsp Sugar or alternative sweetener (adjust to your liking)
- 2 tsp Matcha Powder + more for dusting
- 2 tsp Perfect Greens Superfruit
- 12 Ladyfingers
Directions:
- Beat together cream, sugar and cheese.
- Add Perfect Greens and matcha. Mix to combine.
- Whisk together water and matcha powder in a bowl. Pour into a shallow bowl.
- Dip 3 ladyfingers in matcha mixture and arrange them into one layer at the bottom of the container.
- Spread ¼ of the matcha cream on top of ladyfingers.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 to create another layer.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Dust matcha powder on top. Enjoy!
