Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) cold water
- 2 cups (500 mL) baby spinach, washed and spun dry
- ½ peeled cucumber, chopped
- ½ cup (125 mL) diced pineapple
- ¼ cup (60 mL) chopped parsley
- 2 scoops Botanica Unflavoured Perfect Greens
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5 mL) unflavoured moringa powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Whirl until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
