Fresh mint in the garden is available in many parts of the country in all seasons. If you’re in an area where fresh mint is not available all year ‘round, you’ll likely find it at a local store. There are also many good-quality dried mint tea blends on the shelf. A good pot of mint tea with added Olive Leaf Complex is an excellent immune-building elixir.

Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) pure filtered water
- 2 bags good quality mint tea
- Handful of fresh mint leaves, optional
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Botanica Olive Leaf Complex
Directions
1. Heat water and add mint tea bags and fresh mint, if using. Steep for 5 minutes.
2. Remove tea bags. Add 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Botanica Olive Leaf Complex to the bottom of a cup or glass with some fresh mint leaves.
3. Add hot mint tea and sip.
