High Protein Snack Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 spotty banana
- ⅓ cup dairy free milk of your choice
- ¼ cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup gluten free flour blend (regular flour should work too!)
- 2 scoops Perfect Protein Chocolate
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a small 8×8 inch baking tray with parchment paper.

Add to a blender: banana, soy milk, coconut yogurt, and coconut sugar.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the blender mix into a mixing bowl.

Sift in the flour, Perfect Protein Chocolate, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Fold everything together until *just* combined.

Pour batter into the prepared baking tray and smooth the top.

If adding chocolate chips, spread them across the top now.

Bake for 16-18 minutes or until lightly crisp around the edges.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
