Homemade just hits different! I love incorporating Botanica’s organic Perfect Greens into so many delicious recipes! It’s basically unflavoured, and adds a perfect nutritious value to any meal. I recently added a scoop to my homemade pesto and we couldn’t even taste a difference. It’s the best way to eat more greens on a daily basis! Here’s my recipe for a scrumptious, healthy and creamy greens pesto.

Greens pesto
Ingredients:

2 cups of basil leaves

1/3 cup of pine nuts (toasted)

1 spoon of minced garlic

1/4 cup of olive oil
-
1 spoon of lemon juice

1/3 cup of parmesan
-
1 scoop of Botanica Perfect Greens

Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Blend everything in a food processor or blender and enjoy!
