These Fermented Fuzzy Navels are perfect for a hot day! Made with Botanica’s Daily Energy Shot, a fermented ashwaganda elixir, this drink looks like a sunrise when you mix in the sparkling water.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
- ½ cup (125 mL) organic raw sugar
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 2 nectarines, pitted and sliced, plus extra for garnish
- 4 ice cubes
- 8 tsp (40 mL) Botanica Daily Energy Shot
- 2 cups (500 mL) sparkling water
Directions
1. In a small saucepan heat water and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and stir in sliced nectarines. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. To serve place a couple ice cubes in the bottom of each glass. Add 4 teaspoons (20 mL) Botanica Daily Energy Shot to each. Strain half the nectarine liquid over each and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh nectarine slices. Enjoy!
