Ingredients:

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 scoop Perfect Protein Chocolate

1 tbsp cocoa powder

2/3-3/4 cup milk
Directions:
- In a blender, combine together all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Store overnight.
- The next morning, I like to top it with yogurt and fruit. Enjoy!
