Making chai from scratch requires a medley of spices. An alternative is to purchase a good quality prepared blend and add a few extra spices for added zing.

1. Steep chai tea bags in boiling water with star anise and cinnamon stick for 5 minutes. Strain.
2. Stir Botanica Turmeric Golden Mylk powder into chai tea to blend. Steam almond milk until hot and foamy.
3. Add chai tea and stir to blend.
4. Pour into 2 serving mugs and sprinkle with a little extra Golden Mylk powder and serve.
