Brownie Batter Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
Makes 2 servings
- 4 tbsp cacao
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 can coconut milk (1.5 cups milk)
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop Perfect Protein Elevated Energy Booster
Toppings:
- Greek yogurt
- Berries
- Homemade granola
- Nut butter
- Cacao nibs
Directions:
- Add all the pudding ingredients to a blender, blend and then chill for a few hours.
- Enjoy with your favourite toppings!
