Having a soothing cup of mint tea is comfort in a teacup. But add a little ashwaganda and suddenly your tea is not only soothing but brings it to a whole new level. Ashwaganda is best known for its restorative benefits strengthening one’s immune system.
1. Boil water in a kettle and pour 4 cups (1 L) boiling water into a teapot with 3 decaffeinated mint tea bags. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Remove bags. Stir in bee pollen and honey.
