Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) water
- 3 decaffeinated mint tea bags
- 2 tsp (10 mL) bee pollen
- 2 tsp (10 mL) honey
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Botanica Daily Energy Shot
Directions
1. Boil water in a kettle and pour 4 cups (1 L) boiling water into a teapot with 3 decaffeinated mint tea bags. Let steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Remove bags. Stir in bee pollen and honey.
3. To serve, pour 1 cup (250 mL) mint tea into a mug and stir in fresh mint leaves and 4 tsp (20 mL) Botanica Daily Energy Shot. Sip while warm.
