Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) distilled water
- 3 Tbsp (45 mL) fresh or dried calendula petals
- 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
- 4 to 8 mL Botanica Ashwaganda Extract
Directions
1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and stir in calendula petals and honey. Stir lightly.
2. Set aside to steep for 10 minutes. Stir 1 to 2 mL Ashwaganda Extract into each cup and serve.
