This delicious latte is a chai/turmeric blend that soothes the soul and helps relieve pain and inflammation. It’s an excellent adaptogenic drink for the last call before bed.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups (375 mL) almond milk
- 2 star anise
- 1 tsp (5 mL) raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Botanica Coconut Oil
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Botanica Turmeric Liquid Herb
- Pinches of ground ginger, freshly ground black pepper, cinnamon and sea salt
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
1. Heat milk, anise, honey, ground turmeric, tincture, and seasonings in a small saucepan.
2. Whisking together, heat just until the edges begin to bubble and steam.
3. Strain into a mug and serve with a cinnamon stick for stirring. Alternatively, strain and whirl in a high-speed blender for a foamy latte.
