This citrus smoothie recipe is a healthy, low-fat way to wake up and start your day. An excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals! This is great for vegetarians and anyone watching their weight.

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding ½ cup (125 mL) water to start. Whirl until blended, adding more water if you wish. Add lemon juice to taste.
