Enter the dreaded hangxiety—a recently coined term for the anxiety, stress, and low mood many people experience after a night of indulging. If you feel the spiral starting, pause for a few deep breaths, connect with a loved one, and reach for our go-to recovery mocktail.
This refreshing drink combines coconut water and pineapple juice for hydration and electrolyte support, Milk Thistle to support liver health, and Ashwagandha to help reduce stress and boost energy.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple juice
- Lime Juice
- Milk Thistle Liquid Herb
- Ashwagandha Liquid Herb
- Ice
- Coconut water
Here’s how to make it:
Add 12 oz of fresh pineapple juice and 1 oz of lime juice to a glass. Stir in 65 drops of our Milk Thistle Liquid Herb and 80 drops of our Ashwagandha Liquid Herb. Add a handful of crushed ice, then top with your favorite coconut water. Finish with a garnish of your choice and enjoy!
